Get your taxes done using TurboTax
If your daughter earned even $4400 in 2022 you cannot claim her as a dependent. She is too old and made too much to be claimed as either a qualfied child or qualified relative. And since she is the parent, she could claim her child, or you could claim your grandchild if you are paying for over half of the child's support. The child could be a qualfiying child to file as Head of Household.

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your marital status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.
