Let me guess ... you used the CD originally but the new comp doesn't have a CD drive ?
Easiest thing to do is copy the installation file you downloaded to the old computer to a thumb drive to transfer it to the new computer. OR use a portable CD drive ... they are cheap and you may need it for other things later. Otherwise you will need to contact TT support so they can push a download into your account.
