If you are using the TurboTax online editions there is no fee to e-file a tax return. The TurboTax online account fees are for the use of the software to assist in completing a tax return. The account fees are the same whether the tax return is e-filed or printed for mailing.
E-filing of a tax return using TurboTax closed after October 17, 2022. The return can only be printed and mailed.
If you paid the account fees with a credit card and are now being asked to pay again then you need to contact TurboTax support and use the key words Billing Issue.
