Did you actually file it yet? Online is only for 2021. if you filed it you will need to amend and change it to be for 2021.
If you have not filed from Turbo Tax yet and entered 2020 info into the 2021 Online version you can try to clear and start over. Then use Turbo Tax for 2021
Online is only good for 2021 now. If you tried to use the Online version for a prior year you should try to clear it out so it's not accidentally filed as a 2021 return or transfers into next year.
