If you purchased the TurboTax 2017 software from TurboTax as a download then you only need to sign onto your download account and download the 2017 installation file - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads/myaccounts?route=myaccounts&cgcview=downloads
Or if you paid for one of the TurboTax 2017 online editions, the 2017 online edition was permanently closed after October 15, 2018.
