The One Big Beautiful Bill sunsets both of these credits by the end of 2025.

 

  • Electric Vehicle (EV) purchases that occur after September 30, 2025 will not qualify for the credit.
  • Home solar generally falls under the residential clean energy credit. This credit will now end on December 31, 2025.
