As an executor and a daughter, I noticed my dad's tax account completed the forms incorrectly. I did file for an amended form but never received the monetary amount due to me.om IRS on incorrect filed 1040 by tax account as a

I dont know if they sent the check / refund to his old address but I never received it.   Now it is beyond seven years.  Can I still pursue that money/refund? Thanks

There is three-year statute of limitations for claiming a credit or refund, as outlined by the IRS. It also applies to refunds for a deceased person's estate.
