Lost card

I lost my card from 2018-2019 taxes  I just we filled today my taxes and they are sending me a new card for my taxes I just did today however my stimulus money is on my 2018-19 card? How can I get my money because it’s only letting ask about my new card from today?

I am having the same problem but can't report lost without last 4 numbers match!!  I have no idea where those numbers came from.  Ugh!!!!!

I’ve been waiting about 2 month’s already on my replacement card and nothing, it says it should of been here by April 29, but I mean I think they meant a different year

  • I have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, there is nothing more you need to do. You will be able to immediately use the stimulus funds upon deposit. You can sign in to your account to check your balance here: https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/login 

 

  • I no longer have access to my Turbo Visa Debit Card: If you no longer have access to your Turbo Visa Debit Card, don’t worry. If you have registered your card and know your login credentials, you can request a replacement card by signing in to your Turbo Visa Debit Card account (https://secure.turbodebitcard.intuit.com/account/report-lost-or-stolen). If you don’t know your account login information, call 888-285-4169 for assistance. You will not be charged for a replacement card or check; standard fees will be waived or refunded to you.
