Stupidly I agreed to the free IDNotify account when I did my taxes with TurboTax. After the compromise with Equifax, they froze my credit. I'm applying for a new credit card and have tried to call them to unfreeze it, but no one ever answers! I even held on the line FOR THREE HOURS and no one ever picked up. I tried their email multiple times as well. Even tried reaching out on social media. Nothing. Not one person has ever gotten back to me. So now I need to try to call each credit agency directly and see if I can't get it unfrozen. This is holding my credit hostage and should be fraud!!
