How long does it take for collection to fall off credit?

I have a medical collection account that is dated Nov 2018. The debt was immediately paid for when it was turned over to collections so the balance is at $0. How long does it take to fall off? How can I get it removed?

Turbo gets its credit report from Transunion - so I'd recommend contacting them.
