It worked to order a replacement for a lost/stolen for me on Wednesday evening. It hangs up if you try to get a human. The rest of the features are under temporary maintenance I've heard...greendot is the absolute dumpster fire of financial institutions. Hands down, honest to Christ himself...I can't believe they are as horrible as they are. Seriously. With the fee money they take... unbelievable.
