How do I remove a card I never created

It looks like I ordered 2 Turbo Tax products if that is the case please cancel one of them.  I only need one Turbo Tax Advantage.

Do you have 2 Turbo Tax accounts or 2 products listed on the same account?

 

You can sign into your Turbo Tax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to Remove Product.  Once you remove the recurring product order, the Turbo Tax Advantage subscription will be cancelled as well.
