Have you tried getting your free credit reports from the site below?

https://www.annualcreditreport.com/index.action

If there is an inaccuracy, you may need to file a dispute.

The regular Intuit credit report. The FedX credit card balance and $95 monthly payment has been included all year On each report. I see no $95 payment from any of my possible financial sources.
