Typically at the end of a billing cycle. However, if you had previously missed payments, that could remain on your credit report for up to seven years.

Lenders generally update the credit bureaus once a month, and then Turbo® updates every 2 weeks, I think, so it can take up to 6 week for those accounts to show the new zero balance.  If you closed accounts, they will disappear from Turbo® but they are still listed on your full credit report for at least 7 years.  If you have an open account with a zero balance, that should show up within 6 weeks or less.
