After filing via Turbo Tax, my tax due to the IRS for 2019 was deducted from my checking account. Who authorized that payment??? I had planned to pay them by 7/10/2020. I don't recall tell Turbo to allow my payment. Please advise. Thanks.

You authorized it.  The only way the IRS would know where to find the money is if you typed in the bank R/T and account number.
