Activating card

I have tried to activate my card online and I receive an error message that my information does not match. I called customer service and they just told me to apply online. When I mentioned that I was not successful in signing up online, they directed me to the app. I have still not activated my card and I've double-checked that all my information is correct.

The most common mistake is the date format. You have to get it exactly right:

mm/dd/yyyy - or - dd/mm/yyyy. 
And remember to use a zero before a single-digit number.
You could activate it by phone, just don’t let them turn you away. 
If not, cancel the card and go with someone else.
