Will I get to keep my tax refunds this year even though I am in deferment with my student loans?

Based on the president's coronavirus economic and tax relief plan

I believe so.  According to this news website, under the CARES Act,

"All involuntary collections of student loan debt are suspended, including wage garnishments, Social Security garnishments and tax refund offsets."

@jjjsm2019 - did you mean 'deferment'?  that would suggest you are still in school and not obligated to pay on your student loans.   you'd still get your refund in that case,
