What does "of at least one year" mean regarding seeking a degree from the university I'm attending (to determine if I'm eligible for the Tuition Tax Credit?

The Turbo Tax question is in regards to whether or not I qualify for the Tuition Tax Credit and one of the requirements is that I must have sought, as it phrases it, "...a degree, diploma, or certificate of at least one year from the university I am attending".

I am uncertain of what "of at least one year" means.

Does it mean I must have attended the university for at least one year?

Does it mean I must be enrolled in a four-year degree program?

Yes, it means a college degree such as a bachelor, or a trade designation such as radiology technician, that takes at least one year to attain.
