TurboTax is insisting that the University's zip code printed on form 1098-T is incorrect, but I have doubled check and it is correct. Is there anything I can do?

Look up the address using the USPS zip code finder.

Change it on the form is it is incorrect.

A. Just keep making up zip codes until one works. 

The zip code is 100% correct, I have looked everywhere.

Turns out though that when I used the QR code to scan the document in, the software interpreted the street address and the state incorrectly. So it wasn't the zip code that was the problem, but those two things. Once I fixed those, it worked.
