TT states receipt of child's 1098-T, but the Boxes are all blank, they would appear if received, correct? Should i enter manually, or are they there and not being shown?

I did receive hardcopy 1098-T from university.

You should be able to see the correct information. If you imported the 1098-T and it is incorrect, delete it. Clear cache and cookies and enter it manually.
