My mother entered my 1098T info on her tax return since I'm a dependent of her's. Do I enter ANY information from the 1098T onto my return?

No, you would only enter any income if your scholarships exceeded your education expenses.  You mother is entitled to any education credit or deduction since you are her dependent.
