My daughter(my dependent) received a 1098-t form for tuition paid. This amount was not paid out of pocket, it was from a loan(fafsa). Can I claim this on my taxes?

Tuition paid out from loans is considered as paid out-of-pocket (as you will have to repay the loan).

You can claim your daughter's education expenses on your tax return.
