May I claim required continuing education tuition expense under itemized deductions for job/education expense? Income is too high for education deduction.

If I claim tuition paid to continue my license/job, it will help me exceed the floor of the job related expense for itemization.  Can not claim 1098-T expense as a deduction due to income being too high on MFJ return.

Yes, if your education expenses qualify to be work-related education, then you can choose to include them on Form 2106 with other unreimbursed employee expenses.
