IRS Form 1098 is not generated for your loan and information is not reported to the IRS as the interest paid is less than $600. This is what my lender said. Please help?!

I bought a home in November of last year and that is the information that I received from my lender. I do not have an IRS 1098 form. How should I proceed?

Go the federal deductions tab. Scroll down to mortgage interest. Say yes to 1098. Enter the lenders name. Continue on and enter the mortgage interest. There is a link that explains no 1098 form? and the IRS is aware of the rules. No reason to worry.
