Im a full time student and had no income the only form I receieved was a 1098-T, Do I need to file a tax return

A.  Simple answer: No.  Maybe, if the amount in box 5 exceeds the amount in box 1 by more than $14,600. 

 

Give the 1098-T to your parents.  It's probably worth $2500 to them.
