If I don't have 1098-T from either of the colleges I attended in 2018,how can I continue through the personal worksheet section?It won't let me continue but Ihave no info

Either answer "No" to being a student, or go through the "Education Section" interview answering "No" to having a 1098-T and entering no data. 

Where is it stopping you from proceeding?
