I was able to get my education credits on some other websites, but Turbo Tax is saying I don't qualify for them. My federal and state refunds are both accepted now.

The are many different questions that determine whether or not you are eligible for an education tax credit.  And there are multiple education tax credits with different rules and requirements also.  In TurboTax, you can type   letme  into the search bar to be taken to your Education Summary screen.  TurboTax will tell you which credits you qualify for and which ones you don't and why.

It is very possible that you did not enter the exact same information into each website.  Here is the IRS's Interactive Tax Assistant tool which you can use to determine whether or not you qualify.  If it turns out that you qualify for a credit that you didn't get, you can review and amend your tax return to take the credit.  Am I Eligible to Claim an Education Credit?
