I received non-taxable employer tuition assistance. 1) Can I claim the tuition and fees deduction? 2) Can these expenses be entered as work-related business expenses?

Since your employer paid the education expenses or reimbursed you, you cannot deduct the expenses as an education expense or as a work-related expense.
