I received a 1098t after I filed for a school I didn’t attend but apparently financial aid paid off last year. What should I do?

Ignore it, it has no bearing on your taxes.  Since you didn't attend school, you can't claim a credit. Since the  financial aid covered qualified expenses, it is not taxable.

The 1098-T is only an informational document. The numbers on it are not required to be entered onto your tax return.
