I PAID ALL MY DAUGHTERS SCHOOL LOANS OFF CAN I CLAIM THESE

The student loans are a personal loan and are Not deductible on a federal tax return.

No.  But, if you were a co-signer and she was your dependent, at the time the loan money was used to pay for school, then you may deduct the interest paid on the loan.
