I have got a grant from Education entity. I am not an US Citizen or have SSN or ITIN, I was said that the grant is taxable. I have been sent a letter with TIN.

I don't live in USA either, how can I lodge the tax, please help me out

Since you haven't lived in the US, you are considered a nonresident alien, you can use Sprintax to file your return. You will need to get an ITIN number.  See the TurboTax help articles below for more information:
