1098-T would have included semesters for Fall 2015/Spring 2016 - the academic
year.
You can enter other education expenses that were not reflected in the 2015 1098-T, such as books, equipment, etc.

So the 6 months I spent in college in 2019 don't count? My semester expenses differed a lot my last year of college. I took an individualized instruction May 2019 and that couldn't have been calculated in my 1098t that I got in January simply because I hadn't decided I was doing one until after I had already gotten it.
As long as you paid any qualified education expenses like the tuition, books, and fees, within any time in 2019, even though it's not reported on your Form 1098-T, you are still allowed to claim a credit or deduction on your 2019 tax return. Just to make sure to keep payment proof upon possible IRS requests.
