I go to the University of Nebraska Omaha. The Schools name on the 1098-T form is for the whole University Board of Regents. Which name do I use?

University of Nebraska Omaha is acceptable.  Make sure you enter the "Filer's Federal ID No." from the 1098-T.  That's the school's Tax ID number.
