I bought a house but i the lender will not generate a 1098 due to the interest piad by the borrower is less than 600. how can i complete the taxes without this ?

You can enter the information using a statement from the Lender into the TurboTax program. 

You will need the Lender's Tax ID number.  That number may be on the statement, or you may need to call to get that ID number from them.
