I-bond redemption to pay for higher education of a dependent: 2024 desktop

This question was asked and answered last year: https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/college-education/discussion/re-i-bond-redemption-to-pay-for-higher-education-of-a-dependent/01/3177083/highlight/false#M53908

I have exactly the same question for 2024, but the solution suggested does not work.

After you enter your interest from Box 3 of the 1099-INT, you will be asked as few questions.   First if any uncommon situations apply- read the question and answer according to your situation.  Next, to Did you cash any Series EE or I saving bonds?, answer yes.  After that, say yes to Did you use your U.S. savings bonds to pay for higher education expenses?

If you do not see these options, I would suggest restarting the program or updating your software. Manually Update TurboTax for Windows Software

Be advised, if you make a mistake the first time through, TurboTax may not give you all the same screens when yo try to review.  You may have to delete the 1099-INT and re-enter it and start over.

Thanks. I deleted and added it back. I still don't see the following screens.

I have a Mac Software. I tried to update it manually with no success. I still do not see the screen above.

Savings bond interest MUST be entered in box 3 at the 1099-INT screen

Yes, only box 3 is filled. Yet I do not see the next screen.  I think the mac software has a bug.

Have you marked the box "Yes, I cashed Series EE or I savings bonds"?  This will need to be marked for the as yes for the higher education question to come up.  See the screenshot below:
