I attended the univerity of Reims Champage-Ardenne (France). I don't have a Filer's federal ID for the university. Turbox tax does not let me go forward .Help

some suggest putting: filer's federal ID: 98-000000?

Tuition abroad is only tax deductible if you pay for it at an a school that is listed as an eligible educational institution by the Department of Education.  

 

Are you sure Reims is an eligible institution?  Did you receive a 1098-T form (Tuition Statement)?

 

I could not find it listed on the  Department of Education's website: Federal School Code List
