I am about to graduate from Penn Foster's College online and was wondering if that is considered a full-time student.

Yes, you will be considered as a full-time student if you were enrolled full-time for some part of those 5 months (the 5 months doesn’t have to be consecutive).

For the educational tax credits/deductions, being at least a half-time student is equal to being a full-time student as long as your courses were taken in your field of study. It should be listed on your 1098-T (Tuition Statement) from your school in Box 8 if you were at least a part-time student.

However, most colleges require students to register for at least 12 credit hours to be considered full-time (it varies) you may need to check with your school registrar’s office to be certain.
