I am a resident physician going into fellowship next year. I want to know if all the money I spent on travel interviewing for fellowship can be considered a tax deduction?

Unfortunately, no.  When the tax laws changed in 2017 for tax years 2018 and later expenses such as those associated with job searches became nondeductible expenses.
