I am a fulltime student in Canada at the University of Waterloo. I was working in the US in 2015. How do I find out if my university is eligible for education credits

I studied for one term in Canada in 2015 and did two separate internships in Massachusetts and California.

Note that the link lists both U.S. and international institutions that qualify for the education credits.
