Very likely the answer is no as anyone who could be claimed on another's tax return, even if they aren't claimed, is ineligible.  (See, e.g. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p4665.pdf).   To check whether you fall under the category of being such a dependent, go through the flowchart starting on page 16 of the 2019 1040 instructions (https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040gi.pdf).
