I am a college student. If my parents claim me as a dependent on their tax return. Do I enter my W-2's and let them enter my Form 1098-T for college?

The Form 1098-T can only be entered on their tax return since you are being claimed as their dependent.

You can file your own tax return with the W-2's.   But make sure that you indicate on your tax return that you can be claimed as a dependent.
