how do I get back to the education questions or form 8863

Search for 1098-T and use the Jump to link.   You can also search for education and use that jump to link.  Either will work.   You will need to click through the screens to get back to the question you were on.

In TurboTax (TT), enter at:

Federal Taxes Tab (Personal for H&B version)

Deductions & Credits

-Scroll down to:

--Education

  --Education Expenses and Scholarships (1098-T)
