Does a college aged dependent child living in an apartment for college with other college students qualify as "living at home"

College students turned 21 and 19 in 2018. In spring semester, they lived with students in apartment where I live and attended full time. In summer, they lived in the apartment and traveled with me, and 21 y.o. took courses part time online. In fall semester, they attended full time. 21 y.o. lived with me, and 19 year old lived on campus.

Temporary absences while in college are considered living at home when determining whether they lived with you more than half the year or not.
