Do I put in information about my militairy tech school if I didn't pay a dime? (Nor did I get a 1098-T)

I recently joined the militairy and did school for free.

No, if it was part of your military training and not a separate program from your active duty, it does not qualify as college or university.  You do not have to enter the information.
