Do I need to enter information for fafsa approval if school hasn't started and I haven't received any funds yet?

I was approved for school year "2020-2021" however school hasnt started and I only have been approved, I haven't received funds

No, if you did not receive funds and you didn't start school, you do not have to enter information for FAFSA approval on TurboTax.
