Do i need to enter a 1098-ma? if so, where?

No,

Form 1098-MA is informational and not entered in TurboTax. Form 1098 is entered in TurboTax

However, if you are claiming mortgage interest deduction, make sure that you are deducting only interest you paid and not the payments made by the government (box 3 of 1098-MA) for your benefit.
