Do I have to report student loans and stipends from Sweden as a dual citizen when I spent half the year in working in the US and half the year studying in Sweden?

The money I received in Sweden is all from their government's loan/grant system. I did not get a tax form from them and do not understand how to report this.

Whether or not you reside in the United States or in a foreign country, you are required to report all of your US income as well as foreign source income on your US tax.

Loans are not reportable income.  Stipends and scholarships are only reportable if not used for qualified expenses (tuition, fees and course materials)
