Do I file if I only received GI Bill and scholarships for school? With no job. The scholarship only covers school tuition, nothing extra.

No, if all you received for the year were GI Benefits and scholarships that covered Qualified Education Expenses, then you have no taxable income, and don't have to file a return.

@lboshak how were the scholarships reported to you and the amounts? if they were only on the 1098-T no reporting needed.
