Your answer is right here: "Starting next tax year,". The next tax year is 2025 - which returns we will be doing in early 2026. We are doing 2024 returns right now.

Yeah I assumed as much - that it meant for 2025 taxes - but I've also seen very conflicting things regarding this, evident from the reply right below yours.
