Can you use the Lifetime Learning Credit for Continuing Education credits? If so how do you do it?

I see the tax credit can be used for continuing education but do not see how you enter it.  There is not a 1098T issued for the classes.

Unfortunately, you cannot use Continuing Education payments for the Lifetime Learning Credit.

To qualify, the expense must be paid for qualified education expenses for higher education.

Thank you.  It seems as though "courses to get a degree or other recognized education credential or to get or improve job skills" would count. without the CE credits I will lose my credentials.

I am in the same situation.  I take 50 CLE's a year.  would be a nice credit.
